I booked this class because the description made it sound really beginner-friendly and hands-on, but the actual session was different. To be fair, the instructor seemed to know their stuff, which made it even more disappointing that most of us were just standing around watching instead of actually doing anything.
The materials and timing also didn’t really match what was listed, so it felt a bit like I’d signed up for one class and ended up in another. It wasn’t the worst experience ever, but for the price, I definitely expected more and wouldn’t book it again.

This class moved like it was being run by a speed demon. I couldn’t keep up at all and ended up feeling lost most of the time. Not my thing.

The class was okay overall. It started a little later than expected, which was a bit frustrating, but nothing too major. Once things got going, the teacher was friendly and made the session pleasant. I just would’ve appreciated a bit more punctuality.

The voucher worked just fine, so no issues there. I just felt like the options were a bit limited, and I would have liked to see more to choose from.

I had a bad time trying to get help from ClassBento. I just needed a simple answer about my booking, and somehow it turned into this back-and-forth that went nowhere. Replies were slow, and it felt like nobody was actually reading what I’d written. I remember checking my email while making coffee on a Tuesday morning and still seeing nothing useful come through. In the end, it was way more hassle than it should’ve been. Wouldn’t use them again, tbh.

The class had so many people in it that it was hard to really get any attention or help during the session. I felt like I was mostly on my own, which was kind of frustrating... I was hoping for a bit more guidance

I tried to book a class, but the site was so fiddly lol. There were way too many steps, and I couldn’t really tell what was actually confirmed or not. After about 15 mins of clicking around, I just gave up.

I booked a class through classbento.co.uk, and then my plans changed last minute because, you know, life occasionally has the audacity to happen. Tried to cancel and quickly found out the cancellation policy is about as flexible as a brick wall. I totally understand needing rules in place, but there was basically zero wiggle room or help offered. Ended up feeling disappointed, i wouldn’t be rushing to book again.

I wanted to give the online class a fair shot, and maybe I’m partly to blame because I was already tired and trying to fit it into a busy day, but it just didn’t go well. The link came late, the sound was bad, and I had a hard time following along. For me, it didn’t feel worth it...

I booked this class hoping I’d actually come away with some new skills, but it all felt rushed. The teacher was friendly enough, but there wasn’t much real guidance or feedback, so I mostly just tried to keep up. I left with a half-finished project and no idea how I’d recreate it on my own. Weirdly, the thing I remember most is the teacher spending ages looking for a pair of scissors that were sitting right on the table the whole time.

The venue itself was okay, but the location wasn’t really ideal for me. I found myself thinking a lot about how easy it would be to get there and back, especially later in the evening, so it didn’t feel like the most convenient or comfortable choice for me personally.

I tried one class as a complete beginner, and it was mostly alright. The teacher was friendly and went over the basics, though a few bits felt kind of rushed and I wasn’t totally sure what was happening at one point with that part. Booking was simple enough, so no issue there. I just wish it was clearer before signing up how beginner-friendly the class actually was.

Booked a private event through ClassBento and overall it went smoothly. Easy. The teacher was really lovely and everyone had a great time, which was the main thing. Fun. I did have to chase a couple of details along the way, but it all got sorted in the end.

I was disappointed with the final item I took home. I’m not usually that fussy, and I know things don’t always look exactly like the photos, but this looked way messier and flimsier than I expected. The pictures made it seem like it would be a lot nicer, so I don’t think I was being unreasonable. I wouldn’t really use it myself or feel comfortable giving it to someone else, so it felt like a waste of money.
